To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please review the following terms before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Domestic (U.S.): Clean equipment orders are shipped from our California (CA) or New Jersey (NJ) warehouses.
    • Delivery Time: We deliver to all states in the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. protectorates) within 3-8 business days.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping:

    Your order enjoys free shipping. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after payment is completed

  • Spare Parts: Customers may incur ground shipping costs for spare parts.
  • Return Shipping: Customers bear return/exchange shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (see Return Policy).

3. Shipment Tracking & Damages

  • Tracking: A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
  • Damage Claims:
    • Inspect Upon Delivery: Check for visible package damage. Refuse delivery if damage is evident.
    • Document & Report: If damage is discovered post-acceptance, take photos and contact us immediately at support@aiolith.com .
    • Resolution: We’ll coordinate replacements, refunds, or store credit. Retain original packaging for inspection if requested.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally except for pre-approved destinations (e.g., select DHL/FedEx-supported countries). Contact us for eligibility.

5. Special Circumstances

  • Undeliverable Orders:
    • If delivery fails due to unreachable recipients for 7+ business days, a fee based on the carrier's imposed charges will be applied.
    • After 30 days of non-delivery, refunds/exchanges are void.
  • Spare Parts Returns:
    1. Defective/Damaged Parts: Replacement shipped within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
    2. Refunds: Processed within 10 business days post-return.
    3. Deadline: All returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
